Earlier this year, YouTube marked World Mental Health Day by putting together a playlist of 11 videos. The videos are from great organisations including NHS teams, Mind, Samaritans, YoungMinds, and CALM.

The playlist covers topics like dealing with anxiety, managing stress, and looking after your wellbeing. We hope you find some of the videos helpful!
