We’re proud to be working with children and young people to create Best For You, and we’d love to hear from young people who’ve got something to share. We’re also interested in hearing from mental health professionals and those who work with young people.
We know it can take a lot to speak up about things when it comes to mental health, so we’re grateful for everyone who decides to contact us. We can share your content anonymously if you’d like us to.
You might have an idea for a resource that could help other young people.
You might have some feedback about something you’ve seen on our website and social media.
You might have a story to tell to remind people that with the right support, recovery is possible.
Whatever you’ve got to say, we’re listening. Get in touch by email by clicking the icon below.
