Best For You is a new approach to mental health care designed for – and in consultation with – young people and their families
We want to create a world in which every young person can access the mental health support that’s right for them as soon as they need it.

What does Best For You do?
As part of our work to make sure that young people can get the mental health support they need, we’ve taken on a range of projects.
A partnership between
Best For You is run in partnership by four organisations, alongside young people. It is being evaluated by Imperial College.
Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL)
CNWL provides mental health and community services across the London boroughs of Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster, as well as in Milton Keynes.

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Chelsea and Westminster provides care across two main hospital sites – Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital – as well as offering community-based clinics within north-west London.

West London NHS Trust
West London provides mental health and community services across the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow.
CW+
CW+ is the official charity of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, including all of its hospitals and clinics. It works with the Trust to create world-class facilities, drive innovation and research, and enhance patient and staff wellbeing.

Imperial College London
Imperial is the evaluation partner for Best For You. The team at Imperial help measure the impact Best For You has for young people. They let us know what’s working well, and what we might need to change to make the programme the best it can be.

Young people
At Best For You, we do our best to involve young people in everything we do – from small things like the design of website pages and hospital walls, to the big decisions about what we do next.

Volunteering
We’re currently taking a break from our volunteering programme, so we’re not accepting new volunteers right now. This may change in the future, and we’ll update this page if and when opportunities reopen.
