The Best For You website exists to make sure young people can access the mental health support that’s right for them as soon as they need it.

The website has information about:

  • common life challenges young people face
  • managing emotions
  • self-care
  • mental health conditions
  • accessing mental health support

We also have links to safe, trustworthy digital mental health apps and a signposting tool that allows anyone to find services to support young people (aged up to 25) with their wellbeing and mental health.

What is Best For You?

Best For You is an innovative approach to mental health care designed for – and in consultation with – young people and their families.

It is run in partnership by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, West London NHS Trust, and CW+, the official charity of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. It is being evaluated by Imperial College.

Alongside the Best For You website, Best For You has created state-of-the-art NHS spaces where professionals can care for young people’s mental and physical health in new and bespoke ways. It also connects organisations within and beyond the NHS, working with more than 75 community partners to provide information and signposting, early intervention, and support while young people wait for NHS care.
