Offers LGBTQ+ adults 12 weeks of one-to-one counselling with a volunteer counsellor, as well as online group sessions for LGBTQ+ adults.
Antidote drug and alcohol support

Drug and alcohol support for LGBTQ+ adults (including help around chemsex) through one-to-one support as well as social activities and referrals. You can access support by dropping into a session or by emailing.
Mosaic Minds counselling

Counselling for BAME communities in Hounslow, for people who have experienced trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and poor mental health. There is also an after/care support group within the commuity for people to build connections.
Star Cenrte
Provided by EACH
A drop-in service for people with low or moderate mental health needs offering activities like IT classes, quizzes, meals, peer volunteer training, and signposting. It does not offer therapy or counselling, or support for people with high-level mental health needs. You need to be referred by a professional like a keyworker or GP.
Ascent
Provided by EACH
Up to 21 sessions of one-to-one counselling for women with current or past experience of domestic violence or abuse. Counselling is available in Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Pashto and English.
Therapy for suicidal men
Provided by James’ Place
Six to eight face-to-face therapy sessions in Moorgate for men in suicidal crisis. James’ Place sees men quickly, without a waiting list. They cannot see people who are receiving treatment for a severe and long-lasting mental health condition. They welcome conversations with non-binary people who feel this service is right for them.

Best For You is run in partnership by four organisations in north-west London (Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, West London NHS Trust, and CW+). This means we can provide more information and detail about the helplines and services available in these north-west London boroughs.
We also list national support that you can access from anywhere in England.
